- A WiFi icon with a slash will appear in the upper right corner of the app. Tap it to view additional connection details.
- Lead data is saved locally on your device and marked with an unsynchronized status icon.
- Data will automatically sync to the cloud when your device is online.
- You will not have access to the most up-to-date lead profile data, and some leads may show a status of Profile Pending.

The Lead Capture Mobile App allows you to collect leads offline by saving data locally on your device, which will automatically sync once you reconnect to the internet.

To access current attendee profiles, it’s recommended to periodically reconnect to the internet.
While there are a number of benefits to using the Lead Capture Mobile App in offline mode, please review the Synchronizing Data to the Cloud article to understand the importance of going back online to synchronize your data.
Important Notes
- If you switch devices while you have unsynchronized data, any changes made to the same data on the new device will be overwritten when the original device reconnects online.
- If your phone dies with unsynchronized data, the data will remain saved locally and will sync automatically once you're back online.
CADMIUM RECOMMENDS
To avoid data synchronization issues:
- Ensure your phone is sufficiently charged to sync your data.
- Log out of the app before switching to a different device.
WARNING
Deleting the app before syncing your data will result in permanent data loss of any unsynchronized information.
