The following customizable email template enables exhibitors to distribute their booth activation code and usage instructions to booth staff. The template includes essential reminders about license activation, device limitations, and available onsite support to ensure smooth implementation at the event.

CADMIUM RECOMMENDS

We recommend sending this email approximately one week before the event’s start date.

Email Template

Subject: Lead Capture Onsite Instructions for [event short name]

Hi Team,

Please find Lead Capture details below for our Booth [#] at [event name].

Our unique booth Activation Code is [insert] and it can be used on [#] devices.

Important Notes:

The Lead Capture Mobile App is separate from the attendee mobile app. Search "Cadmium Lead Retrieval" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The first time you log in to the mobile app, you will need to create an account. For instructions, read this article.
Wait to activate your license until you are ready to use lead retrieval.
Once activated, the license will be linked to your user account and cannot be canceled, transferred, or shared.
Do not use a license on multiple devices simultaneously, or you will overwrite your data.
You can capture leads while your device is offline and they will be saved locally to your device.
Go online to sync leads regularly, especially if your battery is getting low.
Bring your device charger! Ensure your device remains charged throughout the event.
Verify that your device version is supported by the mobile app. View technical requirements.
Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device for the mobile app and lead data. View technical requirements.
Do not delete the app if you have unsynchronized leads, or they will be lost forever and cannot be recovered.
