Understanding Data Flow in Eventscribe

Below is an overview of how data flows in Eventscribe.:

Abstract Management to Speaker Management

Submissions collected in the Scorecard can be migrated to the Education Harvester as presentations/sessions.

For more about this process, review the Eventscribe documentation portal.

Registration & Exhibitor Management

Registration to Exhibitor Harvester

Booth Admins can register booth staff via Registration when using the Registration Badges Add-on in Exhibitor Harvester. This ensures booth staff go through the same registration process as other attendees.

Exhibitor Harvester to Registration

Registrant data syncs with Exhibitor Harvester, which will add booth staff to the staff list. If the customer also has the Website or Mobile App, booth staff can be added as users.

Registration to Website/Mobile App

Registrants who sign up through Registration are automatically added to the user list for the event’s website and/or mobile app.

When using the Session Scanning Add-on in the Mobile App to configure presentations to require reservations, registrants can reserve session spots in Registration which will automatically add them to the reservation list for seamless onsite check-in by onsite support staff.

Exhibitor Management to Website/Mobile App

Data collected about exhibitors in Exhibitor Harvester, including booth details and floorplans, syncs with and will be displayed on the Website and Mobile App. This allows attendees to view exhibitor booth placements and connect with virtual exhibitor profiles via a detail booth popup.

Speaker Management to Website/Mobile App

This connection is essential for displaying event content on the Website and Mobile App. Customers must have, at a minimum, a data management Education Harvester to import and manage presentation and speaker data for display on the Website and Mobile App.

Because this connection allows Education Harvester to provide the data to be displayed on the Website and Mobile App, any updates made in Education Harvester will automatically sync to the Website and Mobile App. This ensures that real-time content updates occur without user intervention.

Website/Mobile App to Quizzes & Evaluations

Attendees rarely log into Survey Magnet directly. Instead, they can access evaluations and submit responses seamlessly through the Website and Mobile App. Evaluations can be tied directly to presentations and can be opened on the tile screen and in navigation. This easy-to-use user experience promotes easy navigation and response collection. Survey Magnet also supports credit distribution and certificate administration.

If you have any questions about these connections, please reach out to the Eventscribe Product Manager.
