DO NOT DISTRIBUTE
This article is for Cadmium employees and contractors ONLY and should not be distributed.
This article outlines the process and procedures for requesting a custom report as well as a link to the checklist which will be used to determine if Cadmium can produce the requested custom report for Eventscribe including Scorecard, Education Harvester, Expo Harvester, Website, Mobile App, and Survey Magnet.
Custom Report Request Process
- Operations team member (Ops) or Strategic Account Manager (SAM) (whoever received the request) reviews the Custom Report Feasibility Checklist to determine feasibility
NOTE
If help is needed, reach out to the Product Manager, Eventscribe (Meghan Capiaghi). Specify that you need help determining feasibility and specifically for which items.
- If the request came in through operations and it’s feasible, Ops passes along the request to the SAM to proceed with contracting the custom report. Specify that feasibility has already been confirmed.
- SAM works with the customer to contract the custom report.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Custom reports are a fixed price and 12-week turnaround time. We are not able to accommodate rush timeline requests.
The price varies based on if it’s a new versus revision request. If a report is offered for no charge, a $0 order is required. An engineering estimate is NOT required in order to charge the customer.
- Ops enters a Development Request (DR) with the report requirements outlined below.
- Once the report has been created, have the customer test it with real or test data and confirm that no further edits are needed before closing the ticket.
