Custom Report Feasibility Checklist

Is the report requesting data from multiple applications and/or multiple years?  

Report requests cannot combine data from multiple applications or multiple years.  If the customer is requesting data from multiple applications or multiple years, then one report per application and per year will need to be created. For example, if a customer wants to include data from their Scorecard and Survey Magnet it would require two different reports.

Is the report requesting custom calculations of raw data (i.e. specific customer formulas)? 

Cadmium does not support custom calculations on raw data.  

Cadmium does support standard aggregation functions such as sums and averages, however Cadmium is not responsible for specific customer formulas. Cadmium can supply raw data for customers to apply formulas to once the report is delivered.    

Is the report requesting custom formatting?  

Cadmium only supports bold, italics, and underline formatting in custom Word reports. We cannot support any custom formatting in Excel reports. 

If the customer is requesting formatting of the data, we recommend providing an Excel report of the raw data for the customer to use to complete a mail merge in their desired formatting. Also, if the customer is requesting multiple tabs for a single excel report it should be considered as separate reports.
