- Highlight and copy the code for the article.
- Paste the code into https://html-cleaner.com/
- Select Clean HTML
- Copy the cleaned code
- Return to the Freshdesk article and enter the code view
- Paste the clean code over the original code
- Apply Normal or Heading paragraph formatting as needed
- Preview draft to confirm the formatting is correct
