How to Locate an Article

Freshdesk articles are organized into Portals, Categories, and Folders. 

Freshdesk Portals

While there are several portals listed in our Freshdesk instance, Cadmium documentation is organized into 5 separate portals.

General Cadmium documentation and product-line release notes are located in the main portal.

Each Cadmium product line has its own Freshdesk portal.

  • Elevate Support
  • EthosCE Support
  • EventTech (Eventscribe) Support
  • Warpwire Support

Also, we have a portal dedicated to articles about EventTech Integrations.

How to Find an Article

  • Select the Solutions icon from the left side menu

    • Warpwire: Warpwire Support Center

Each Freshdesk article is organized into categories and folders. 

To locate an article,

  • Select the category from the left side menu
  • Select the folder within that category
  • Select the article to open the article in a new tab
