Adding Note Templates and Samples

To draw attention to important information in an article, you can use one of the note templates. The following note templates are available for use and are available for viewing at the bottom of this article.

• Normal Note
• Cadmium Recommends Notes
• Important Note
• Positive Note
• Warning Note
• Danger Note

At the moment, we have other additional templates listed in Freshdesk. Please do not use any templates aside from the ones listed above.

To add a note template to an article,

• Select the template you wish to add from the menu on the left.

• The note template will be added to your article with "text" padding on the top and bottom of the note.
• Add the information that needs to be in the note

• Remove the <text> code from above and below the note in the code view
