Administrators can configure specialized group pricing and access rules for products assigned to each group. This can be done in two ways:
- From the Group Administration page, or (**ADD ANCHOR**)
- During the Product Creation or Edit workflow. (**ADD ANCHOR**)
IMPORTANT NOTE
Group Managers do not have permission to set or modify group pricing; this must be done by the Administrator.
Setting Group Pricing from the Groups Administration Pages

- You will see a list of all products currently associated with the group.

NOTE
From the Group Products page, you can quickly view key information such as group-specific pricing, access rules, and the number of group members registered for each product.
- Pricing can be set in one of two ways:
- Individually
- Select the Edit Pricing button under the Actions column next to a product to set group-specific pricing and access for that item. Select Update or Update and Stay to save your changes.

- In Bulk
- Select multiple products, then select the Mass Pricing Set button to apply the same pricing and access rules across selected products. Select Update or Update and Stay to save your changes,

Select the checkbox at the top of the product list to select ALL products in the group.
Setting Group Specific Pricing from the Product Page
- Navigate to the Product Listing page, and either:
- Locate an existing product and select the Pricing button, or
- Select Create New Product and navigate to the Pricing tab.

- Select Add New Group to assign a group (if not already added), or,
- Locate an existing group and modify pricing and access rules.
CADMIUM RECOMMENDS
Use the carat icon (▸) next to each group to expand or collapse the pricing and access grid.
- Select Update or Update and Stay to apply your changes.

NOTE
By default, groups inherit the price set for “Everyone” unless this is overridden with special pricing and access rules.
